APPRL is a fast-growing Stockholm-based technology company reinventing influencer marketing by allowing brands like H&M, Filippa K and Mulberry to track and optimise their influencer activities based or ROI through our market leading SaaS platform.  

Our product has proven to be unique in our market, with short sales cycles and quick adoption of new customers. We are now looking for a Head of Sales to scale APPRL into new markets with the objective to become the international leader in our field.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, leading the Sales team and working together with the Marketing and Customer Success team leads to meet our overall growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and developing a world class sales team. Recruiting, training & coaching Sales Managers & SDRs
  • Lead the strategy & tactics for sales and outbound prospecting; customer segmentation, markets, prioritising efforts & budgets, identifying bottlenecks/opportunities etc. 
  • Making sales a data- and process driven function to enable iterative improvements and real-time reporting & analysis
  • Creating and selling deals, not only coaching your team to do so
  • On-going analysis of how the team can become better
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth and Head of Customer Success to improve and optimise the whole sales funnel

We believe you..

  • Have 2-3 years experience and a proven track record from a similar position at a SaaS and/or enterprise software company
  • Have previous experience from successfully expanding a company from its home market into several international markets
  • Are passionate about working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Love helping clients 
  • Are data-driven and are intuitively optimising processes to increase efficiency 
  • Have previous experience from optimising the sales funnel using a CRM system and potentially other systems (we use Salesforce)
  • Are fluent in English (read, speak, write)
  • Have the ability to work independently
  • Have excellent presentation skills
  • Have analytical skills and knowledge on how to follow up on results
  • Strong desire to achieve goals in a changing and challenging environment
